Flex is retired American IFBB professional body builder who made his pro-debut at the IFBB world amateur championship in 1990.



5.Dexter jakson('The blade')

 Is an American professional body builder who made his pro-debut at Arnold classic in 1999.
the former 2008 MR Olympia winners nick name was given to him. because of his low body fat percentage, paper thin skin, and timeless physique



4.franco columbu ('Sardinian strongman')

franco was recognised fro his exceptional conditioning, symmetry and conquered many body building
in 70' and 80'.
He was also competitive and took the fifth place in world strongest man of 1977

Is an American IFBB professional body builder and owner of 4 times M'R Olympia
winner.
Through out his body building career jay's won countless  titles including the Arnold classic, British, Australian, Dutch and Romanian grand prix and the ironman and San-francisco pro invitationals 



























2.Frank Zane

Arguably the most aesthetic Body  builder on the list ,frank zane is the three time M'R OLYMPIA champion and the lightest professional body builder on the list weighing just 185lbs on stage.

frank Zane is an American former professional body builder who is considered the greatest body builders ever because of his intense focus on symmetry and proportions.
















1.Arnold schwarzenegger(' the austrian oak')

he made his professional debut at the NABBA MR Universe in 1968.

Two years later he took  home his first Olympia title and remained undefeated for six consecutive years, until 1976 when his best friend Franco Columbu, took the crown.

Five years later, Arnold made  A come back and  won his seventh Mr. Olympia title, announcing his retirement from the sport shortly after.
